which picture? the profile pic is just 'me' at 'my' beach wit me dive mask on, playin a pink plastic flute(recorder)....whassa big deal?
the pic wit the poom is an s.p. of 'me' in hospital during my death-defying Cardiac Adventures #2, during Feb,April,May this year.
Cardiac Adventures #1 was from Oct'99-May2000.
I've had this silly illusion that I've actually been dead since may10th,2000, & that everything that has happened since has been merely a moment-of-death hallucination...but that illusion has lost it's profundity in the wake of 'surviving' C.A.#2 this spring, further confusing previous 'beliefs' of what it 'meant' to be 'alive' in the 20th century, which was seems to have possibly been more in line with varieties of 'normal(human)thinking' on the topic, but, for all practical porpoises, I 'really' have no recollection of what it may have "felt like" to have been 'alive' before 2000. Ironically, my memory of people, things, places, events, of 20thCent seems intact. It's just a nagging feeling that it 'felt' drastically (& irrevocably) 'different' in some profoundly intangible way.

I may have to use this as a 'prose poem'... fascinating as it is.....aaaaarrrghhh.
