The Other doth Bleed
Ankle weights, cinched round tight
shaped as palms
staggered in pain.
Brain distant, air in fight,
For life of me
all thought falls wane,
As ankle's scrape a bloody stain.
Avoirdupois' disdain, naught else inside.
Nostalgia's pass by
on wings of time.
One bubble break, of love found late.
Bits of aura fade to die-
I small-hand hold you
in your cry,
"please. rise from saddened state?"
(I'll ever touch you, inside)
Love tries hard, beats so strong
with you? I "belonged"
was lavished well, in life.
If nothing else to you known-
You've always felt as home, reposed.
So le'go my hand,
I adore you, my man!
Let waves finish their work
my arms ache, tired 'n sore.
Albatross pulls feet, in jerk.
With my last breath..on your eyes
I somber float
to ends of sea.
Hearts linked forever,
though one freed, the other doth bleed.
Know you've ended, my endless search.
Time floats on...in spun body's lurch.
