There are, many believe a secret society in the UK that protect the elite, im sure its not just members of THE BULLINGDON CLUB (who i guess are only one section of the full ensemble)      
ie (cyril smith) although not from Oxford was certainly protected so he could carry out his despicable lewd actions for over 30 yrs and people in the public eye with public trust ie (jimmy Saville and the such) whom since the 60s and im guessing throughout history have been reported yet the complainant of accusers have been silenced      
     
     
Plz note im not for one minute saying all members of the Bullingdon Club or other members from elsewhere are involved in all of the direct actions but i do (believe) that they keep quiet when they shouldn't
