My Hero Just Enjoys Me
My hero disny save me
he wipes away ma tears
he stauns tae let me grow
and tells me truth's that sear
he stauns behind and cheers me
as i dance through life's long game
and he's there to make me coffee
the moment ah get hame
Ma hero disny save me
he knows i need to see
that's life's a lesson learnt
and it's lesson is tae me
aye ma hero disny save me!
but he fair makes a grand cup ah coffee

prince charming isny real,
it's only a fairytale told to squelch
the real woman's heart and soul
and deter her from her realising
her wildest dream's

I'm glad you're not waiting for heroics. Does "My Hero" contain elements of Gaelic? I'm Irish and should know better. But this is a very clever write regardless. The theme, wording and rhyme scheme are spot on. I'm sure your hero enjoys you. I know I do.
