Facing the Storm
love can burn like fire
it’s a feeling that grips you like no other
you can fight for someone
and hope for their love
but when it all falls apart
everything becomes wrong (so wrong, so wrong)
what you thought you knew, is no longer your world
what you thought you had, no longer exist
(not here, not there, nowhere)
it’s all gone with that fire
it burnt out, to be
no more, no more
I know it’s true
I still see pieces of you
but the person I once knew is just too
far gone, far gone
so stay away
it’s all I can say
because I’m not looking for us
no more, no more
the calm before the storm
it seemed so sweet at first
but I could still sense the fear growing
the clouds darkening
felt the wind chills digging in
and there you stood
a goddamn raging storm
you once said you loved me
but that seems to be
no more, no more
oh, and that fire
it grew so dim, baby
and who I am
it grew so dark, baby
now that person you once new
is so fucking wrecked

can’t afford to make that mistake again

Yes, anger but more used to empower me ^^
