The three things that conflict my mind when this happens...
I find myself somewhat forgiven but the memories make me think it over again and again...thus clogging furthermore sins...

It's unfortunately true. For every Thing that goes wrong, a thousand Things will go right...but we so often fail to notice or appreciate that. So much that is positive ends up down the tubes, & those few negative elements tend to linger, clogging the drain of our memories. I've read that it's human nature to dwell on the bad Things, that pessimism is actually normal. It takes an obscene effort to be an optimist. It's hard-ass work, Miss Chi. Almost goes against the grain of Evolution itself. But I'm trying. & somewhat succeeding right now. So holler if you ever find yourself in need of a li'l insight from the Sunny Side :) (~counts blessings~...I'm well over a dozen these days, you know, which is doing very well when considering the grand scheme of Things both great & terrible...)

Your writes always set me to thinkin' about Things. I like that. Thank you.

Belial, I thank you so much for your insightful words. Read them with interest, respect and awe. You're right, we should always try to remember that life has many good things to offer. I do know that. But the poems lead an independent life, I'm afraid. It's good to let the bad things out and poems help to exactly do that.
