I'm Falling for Numbers
He's a picture on a screen,
Only through text can he be seen.
His smile whispers through words,
He will always be heard.
I wish to listen endlessly,
This thing we have is in the chemistry.
He has no hands to touch me with,
But the linger of fire is no myth.
While my friends cut me down,
And their words go to town,
I'll stare into those lifeless eyes,
Knowing this man on the screen is mine.
How can they understand the thrill?
Knowing this kind words might not be real.
But how I love him so,
Even if he may not even know.
Only through text can he be seen.
His smile whispers through words,
He will always be heard.
I wish to listen endlessly,
This thing we have is in the chemistry.
He has no hands to touch me with,
But the linger of fire is no myth.
While my friends cut me down,
And their words go to town,
I'll stare into those lifeless eyes,
Knowing this man on the screen is mine.
How can they understand the thrill?
Knowing this kind words might not be real.
But how I love him so,
Even if he may not even know.
