I have an ache in my bones to be something more
Something i know i could be
I have this longing, to soothe someone's soul
To lighten the load
To make a change
I need to be tomorrows today
Yesterdays hope
Todays something new
I need to personally bring out the sun
And beat away clouds
I have the need
To liven up life
To help make someones day
People forget that all we have
Is all thats in front of us
They waste and desecrate the only home we have
How could i just sit here and wait
For the "right time" or a sign
There is only now
And i only have me
To make everyones future ensured
There's only now to love and live
So i choose live to love and extend a hand
To anyone who needs it
