Natural Awe
Azurian water trickles from a fall
flooding down across mossy rocks;
The trees grow proudly toward the sky
adorned in leafy locks.
The song birds warble in the wind,
calling out for love;
While insects creep through the undergrowth,
admiring shroom caps up above.
Wildflowers shoot like sprays of stars
from unkempt, chaotic grass;
I continue trudging in awe and wonder
Along this little known forest path.
