I think she lies
The whisper swish, shift, fall
As her clothing hits the floor reminds me of a promise I had heard in high school
Before I became a connoisseur of fine wines and sipping whiskeys
Before I knew I prefer stouts and porters
Before pregnancy scares and worrying about STDs because really I've only known this girl for a few weeks and I really shouldn't be going down on her
Before I thought I was a sex god
Before every woman told me I was the best
It's not like you can trust what a woman is saying when they're in your bed
At least not if they're any thing like men
And her smooth skin beckons
Kiss and stroke
Smooth skin
Pleasure and lust
