more smoke out the window
i used to know this girl named Nina Saco
when i was like 10 and a half maybe 11
we had crawled out the cave sunblind
scattered all the other animals off the mountain
took off our shirts
just jumped on the bed
and played
there was this kid named Jason Mcyntire
our mothers were very insecure
they made us attend
an episcopal church
lil brother still has the facial scar
from a fall in fair play on the front
beats our lil league stats
first tornado ever
in Fulton n.y. in history
him
spun up in the twister sittin in his daddy's truck
and set right back down
out front of TOP'S supermarket late 80's
we never spoke much again but i imagine he's still had some sunshine
on him after that
easier when you own your own speak easy
i'd say
keep knockin out the cameras on the streetlights
till she calls me negative voyeur fast pitch
if i hit the powerball for 500 million
she'd call me chris kyle
jump up and down again
all day long
until it was gone
and i wouldn't even mind startin all over
when i was like 10 and a half maybe 11
