POEM INSPIRED BY "SURROUNDED.."
(Inspired by words and picture of Deborah Lee's recent poem.)
The world outside these walls is cold;
You cherish me in your strong hold
Which also serves to fire the heat
That warms my body so complete.
In your arms I am surrounded
As we share our love unbounded.
The clothes we wore we leave behind
As unto each other we bind.
I rush to join you in our kiss
As you lead me to deeper bliss,
When we melt into each other,
Your Beloved, and my Lover.

"The world outside these walls is cold." This reminds me that the Void outside the universe is cold. But the space within the universe is warmed by the heat of the Big Bang. The space would stand for the enveloping female, while the heat would be the male part, the ejaculation? Except that the female orgasm produces more heat than the male, i would think. So maybe the Big Bang should be thought of more in terms of the woman, what she feels, not the man.
