Very lovely. It is fun to watch as the universe and everything in it simplifies into the perfect math of "One me, one you." Simply perfect.

I love the sentiment of this poem. There is a special magic in the realisation that every relationship has been formed in opposition to staggering odds...
Although, I think I would have to argue about the number of outcomes, connections, and laughs in the universe!
I would written the last lines this way:
"there are only two:
one me, one you."
Only because I don't see what good you are accomplishing by breaking the general guidelines of grammar here.
Anyways, thanks for giving me a smile tonight!
