My Blue Danube
The Clouds
They waltz to a storm,
burgeoning,
through lightening bustling,
thunder, striking,
in-time for sunset,
gleaming, serene,
where colors beget,
simplicity,
and then the wellspring
of poetry –
it rained a memory,
der drizzling,
as the sun it shines through
in a hue that's true,
to an iris that's bright and keen.
We love, live, and breathe,
as the clouds
they tell us
their dreams …

We're not so different than the clouds being influenced by the same elements that surround them; all the dirt, grime, and sunshine. The pressure. The dream of a cloud too close to the ground; I love the idea - it’s foggy of course. :)
re: Re: My Blue Danube
Imagine the clouds as they're pressured into being something they’re not. Such as a glowing angel or a dragon that's distraught, or maybe something even more supernatural like a piece of cotton candy; it’s uncanny, you know – I see those a lot. :)

Just the song I need to "hear" on this snowbound night in which the clouds rule
