DREAM DIP

I had a dream that sounds most sexy;
Of us bathing naked in the sea.
Nobody else there, just you and me
Enjoying our longed-for company.

Then you told me you would never leave,
Which I did not find hard to believe,
For we were our own Adam and Eve.
Gratefully, unto you did I cleave.

When our feet regained the sandy ground,
On each other our arms flung around,
While the cool, swift tide ebbed and flowed round
Us, upon its journey seashore bound.
