Coping
It's not easy learning how to cope.
Especially with things you don't understand or that you can't change.
It's just when you get to that place you have to learn to let go.
You tell yourself everything is gonna be okay.
That your gonna be fine.
You know that if you can do that the easier things will truly become.
If you can do that then you will truly be free.

Good encouraging words. It's really not easy even thou we know how to cope we fall into stressful habits

no its not easing and yes we doing fall into stressful habits and sometimes when things get to stressful and unbearable people tend to sometimes to forget to cope with it
