 Two portions of chook
be rather fowl having chicken soup
with out the hen

Two onions
finely sliced, so the eyes get a good watering
six cloves of garlic, to keep vampires at bay
one avocado, for all those good fats and cholesterol

A sprinkling of the moons secret ingredients
half a cup of basmati rice
a sprig or two of chopped coriander

Throw in a stock cube or few
all boils down to personal taste
of course

Simmer till the meat falls of the bone
let stand for a minute or two
