Image for the poem Nephilim

Nephilim

The angels of old

Cast their halos to the ground

For a taste of female flesh

So voluptous and beautiful

Sublime women no angel could resist

They burned with a passion

They knew they must have them

The forbidden fruit

They decided i'll be damned

Each claimed a woman

For themselves

Made love for the first time

Created celestial beings

Hybrids giants of old

With powers of persuasion

Walked among the humans as Gods

Shaking the heavens and the stars above

Rocking the Earth

Nephilim walk among us to this day

Though you can't see them

You can feel their touch

A secret society

Calling the shots

A host of hybrids

Half human, half angelic

The host of the fallen

Beautiful and evil in nature

Listen quitely and you will hear them singing to the Earth

Kings among us

Their fathers for the taste of female flesh

Gladly took their curse.
