Quiet
What is the silence?
Realistion
the raw dawning of stark reality
for the slow learner
same patttern repeated continually
tinkle
the penny drops!
What is the silence?
Acceptance
twas a solitary dream
perhaps a fantasy
a figment of an overactive imagination
and childish thoughts
I see it now!
What is the silence?
Self preservation
protection from searing agony
of a heart continually fractured
splintered
Irreparably damaged!
What is the silence?
comfortable numbness within
a hollow...

Despina's Kiss
Two gloriously wounded souls
a man, profoundly lost
a woman, who had sought forever
met upon a breeze
picnicking in the dark wood.
Oh how they delighted
in the pleasures laid before them on the rug
drinking in the potential they had uncorked
gorging on a lavish feast of flesh.
Melancholy oaks bowed their heads softly
to view the tender festivities
Ethereal rock faces nodded knowingly
as the two took their fill
and the breeze?
The breeze whispered around their contentment
As for a brief...

Girl with the boots
Reborn in stiff knee-high leather
Reconsumating her marriage with the wild
No longer willing to heed the dry collective
to live the mundane
devoid of connection.
Surrendering all pretence and
yearning darker rhythms
She knelt hungrily before her lover: the moon
Casting back her feral mane
writhing expectantly
she released
"an etheral carnal wail"
.....twas the sound of the banshee
ready to roam and feast.

Hambre de alma
Destined to remainapart
Parallel lives
occasionally touching
delighting and feeling.
Both believe
yet the maternal soul script
has forged a chasm

living this life

Slashed
The wound reopens
rawness exposed to the air
wincing
tender edges
revealing deeply bruised flesh &
steering pain
throbbing
begging to be noticed
Feels as always
Punishing, consuming
remindingmeof its infliction
a flash of those demonic eyes
through the chest cavity
to the hidden heart within
in the briefest of moments
with keen dexterity
the wound was dealt
It never heals
Paper thin scar tissue frequently breaks.

enough to cruxify...

Old bedfellows
So they are back
instantly recognisable
brutally familiar
resuming their positions.
My former suitors
loneliness, desperation and self loathing.
Hand in hand,
soul entwined
ensuring they are close by.
Faltering in my mind's eye
Constant
Ahead, behind and within
They deserve no trust
but they are here
abusive lovers
asleep on the pillow....
where once you slept
instantly recognisable
brutally familiar

Once tasted........
Where's your head at?
You asked of me once
A weewhile ago I remember
Where my heads always at
somewhere deep within you I imagine
deeper than is comprehendable
captured trapped restrained
Heart and body bound and strapped
Where are you this night?
when the depths of me need soothing
when the thirst inside needs quenching
and the yearning aches within?
Come to me in shadow
Travelling through vibration
For tonight Irelish darknesss
demonic dominance and

Way back when ........wide eyed
Courting the innocence of child
Believing dreams &
Magical thinking
"Close your eyes my darling, make a wish....
dreams do come true for good girls like you!"

'cos it alwaysdoes in fairytales......
Time passes.......reality screws the happy ever after
Divinity of scared union?

Eternity of soulmate connection?

Spiritual Orgasm
A meeting point between darkness and light
Transparent veil holding magic of dual words
For those lost, those to be lost and those who are infinitely safe
Looking deeply soulward
Distant voices passed over
Faint echoes of stories already heard
Seeds with tales awaiting their time
Convulse in the blackness
Allow the cold tremor to crisp your thoughts
Saviour its energy drink the moon
Obsidian darkness
