QUESTIONS

 
Life is a question; no one can answer it...
Death is an answer; no one can question it...

My curiosity is like the lust for knowledge I’m hardly satisfied
I often find myself asking questions whenever I feel mystified
If life is divinely preordained, are the evil actions of men justified?

Don’t blame me I’m only human seeking to learn something new
Pondering about some things in life, I keep searching for clues
I might not be the only being feeling such; you may share my views
Do you seek to know the interpretations of dreams and if they come true?
Do you believe in your instincts, does your conscience rationally guide you?
Do you believe in God or dispute His existence like atheists do?    

Like have you ever asked yourself the reason why life forms exist?
You heard about pre-historic animals like dinosaurs, why are they extinct?
Do you marvel about the story of creation, is its real or a myth?
Do you ask yourself this conscious question, like who created God?
Do you believe in extraterrestrial beings like aliens in another world?
Do you believe in this world of today the pen is mightier than the sword?

If God created us in His likeness and Image, then who are we?
If the spirit of God the creator dwells in us then gods we must be  
Have you ever asked yourself why life on earth is so full of strife?
Like why are we here? What’s the purpose and meaning of life?
Why struggle to live when no matter what we do, we all must die?
If the truth alone can set us free, why is the world so full of lies?

Why is everybody desirous of heaven but scared of death?
Why do people careless about humanity in blind pursuit of wealth?
Why is money and power desperately sought when it’s not vital for our survival?
Why is the belief for a better life hereafter strongly universal?
Inequity in the world, a few dwell in opulence while many live in misery  
In the abundance of wealth in our land why do many die in abject poverty?
Why are we in this part of the world cursed with bad leaders who lack sincerity?
Why is falsehood and mediocrity celebrated above truth and ingenuity?
Why do we find pleasure and happiness in music and love for poetry

Why do we fight wars when two wrongs don’t make a right?
Why do some men seek to oppress the vulnerable with every might?  
What is the use of religion when it breeds more wars than peace?
What’s the use of knowledge when we don’t practice what we preach?
If education is the key to unlocking potentials then ignorance is a leech  
The only stupid question is the one that is not asked." they say
I will keep searching and learning in my quest to find answers someday
