A 'Typical Girl...'
Aways back...Had a talk with a close guy friend, commiserating
bout that age old saying, "Men are all Dogs"
n poof! Yea, It got my ire... lol
Thought he was an angel,
heaven sent you said...
yet those images are just idealistic,
human fallacies are realistic
but 'perfect' he proved not
so he's another negative statistic...
A perception, you held in your head
maybe he never tried to decieve anyone
'love unconditional'
is a love that pours true
problem is...it flys free...
unconstrained, and nonjudgemental too...
If ever there were a promise made,
it's possible, it never was
nor would it be the intent
to sever the vein of love,
'truth- lies' with no broken heart meant...
Yea, it's sad to hurt another,
when all are riding a rollercoaster
of a yearning heart's
emotional highs
nightly desires
of love's eyes
feelings of being
crumbled into dust
a torrent of aching,
and despise...
But fact
of the matter is,
all too often...

Well,many girls would fight me for this but ah,that stereotype is just that!silly tereotype!
Yes,there are doggy* men,but there are also so many real good men(wooohhh!)!But if you get into a relationship with such a mindset or every time a guy approach you,you thinking," Here comes another dog!"Well,he will turn out to be one!Another thing,law of attraction?If you feed your mind with such negativity,you will attract same caliber of negativity!
Poetik,i love your tittle!Typical girl!Such words would never come out of a lady or a woman!Because she understands,she will be hurt as much as she herself has hurt,she will be betrayed,she too has betrayed,rejected as much as she has rejected and just because a relationship doesn't work to a girls' expectation does not make a man a dog!It means he,she,we, are humans!It takes two to tango,if he is a dog,then the girl too is a she-dog!(no offense girls)
You know,am gonna ask my gay friend Dan today what is his take on that stereotype!Well,who would know best than the John that Johns a John!
