The People In The Hallway
I see everything
All the girls glancing at their skinny reflections
All the boys with hidden imperfections
They all think they're ugly, if not on the outside then on the inside
Everyday all these people walk to their destinations
They're scared they'll face the awkward situations
Not fitting in, not having the right clothes, all that cliche drama...
Perhaps it's cliche because it is truly what everyone is afraid of
They're all afraid they'll be alone, an outcast, a geek, a nerd, a faggot, a dyke, a slut, a prude
If they all knew that they all felt the same pressure then maybe their stay would be a bit nicer
