for his ringed one left a space
to fill with warmth the empty air
full love lost given without qualms
the new one with tender sympathy
secondhand goods used merchandise
cupped to her breast she nourishes
tempests crash the moored boats
torn asunder the tied ropes
the one who left has return
to claim the hands with ringed finger
what to hold on but to heart
eyes towards the lover seek
the truth of love the honour be
or mere bandage to bind the wound
speak the truth in silence does
footsteps to the compass point
to east or west he must decide
pick the finger eternal hold.

Rare do three legged beasts stand upon just two...many speak their words of charm professing their love while merely passing time admiring the sparkle of a bauble...of course we know it isn't true of all, but sadly it is the many...people in general have a hard time being true to themselves ...let alone someone else.
Keys to happiness...well...all that lies within ...that first key of unpolluted truth/ being set upon what You need (Mind, Heart, Soul)

Thanks Soul for reading. Yes and usually one have to choose too. To return to when or go forward to later. Its a dilemna for many but easy to the focused.

Behind every professed love,there's always a hidden agenda,but in all nothing is more dangerous than accepting people into our lives because we feel there's a vacuum to be filled. Beautiful write Grace,this happens everyday.
