The Time Is Now
We live our lives hiding whom we are
We keep the mask up so none can judge
They think you are happy and smiling
When inside your suffering and screaming
You are scared to let the mask slip
You worry about people hating you
They bully you because you are different
When you are simply dying inside
You were bullied by all
You were judged by all
Yet none took the time to get to know you
They assume you're aggressive without reason
You been through so much abuse
You want to greet death with a smile
But you have to remain strong for others
Yet none take the time to be strong for you
So you think about giving in
You glance at the moon crying in you're room
Screaming for someone to take this pain away
But you know it won't help
So you you decide it's done
Time is now to give in.
We keep the mask up so none can judge
They think you are happy and smiling
When inside your suffering and screaming
You are scared to let the mask slip
You worry about people hating you
They bully you because you are different
When you are simply dying inside
You were bullied by all
You were judged by all
Yet none took the time to get to know you
They assume you're aggressive without reason
You been through so much abuse
You want to greet death with a smile
But you have to remain strong for others
Yet none take the time to be strong for you
So you think about giving in
You glance at the moon crying in you're room
Screaming for someone to take this pain away
But you know it won't help
So you you decide it's done
Time is now to give in.
