Lost Love
Because of you
I can't stand to be alone
I can't love anybody else
As much as I've loved you
I can't forget you
I don't want to forget you
I try to love another
But always remember you
You're always somewhere in my mind
Because of you
My heart sinks
I inch closer to you
And die inside
I miss "us"
I miss those long, amazing months
We were together
For what seemed like forever
What we thought was true
Happened to be a lie

Thank you very much. I never thought my poems were any good until I sent them to a few friends that loved them. Then, I found this website and thought I'd try it. So far, people seem to like my poetry.

you are an amazing writer... you grasp things in a way that some can't... if any of these are really part of your life i am sorry but by things happening to you personally it makes you a better writer...
