House of Glass

In this house of glass she sleeps
Waiting and undecided
Does she really wanna be saved?
She’s been trapped inside this dome since you left
Hugged and kissed
Loved and subsist
Then sent away with one goodbye
And off you went
To glide
Left her to die

How can you escape a house of glass?
Without a fatal slash by your own evil hand
Take with a grain of salt Your own reflection
For the light has been tantalized
Don’t trust
Just whisper
Whisper to the whimpering limbs
Of the lifeless body
You now hold

Tell this House of Glass
To set you free
And roam
Markers of the past remind you
That at last
You shall be found
For someone is bound
To find you
Lying on the ground
Beneath this broken glass
Shattered by the screams
Of that blasted bashful fellow
Your face in the window
Forever eternal in your mangled mind
Which is now twisting and tormenting
All things pampered in your social history
Oh, don’t be lonesome
You are never alone
At least you have forgone that
House of Glass
