I'm glad you saw and have spoken about the truth...but how many of us can handle the truth?
Overall it's a good poem with a strong message except for the punctuations and capitalizations and a typo on "that song of Britney Spears." [double that].
I believe you're format is in rap style, but could be better if you re-arrange the lines in free verse form, Bukowski style.
