Roads
I've heard that all roads lead to Rome.
And the Sun never sets on Britain's throne.
But to me, all roads lead away from home.
And no matter which path, I stand alone.
I've heard the path I walk will destroy.
And that it is a life without much joy.
But to me, this path blocks my pain's deploy.
And no matter the trail, I feel like the golden boy.
I've heard this trail is hidden to the common eye.
And that most who walk it, are sure to die.
But to me, this trail is most divine.
And no matter where this road will end, it is mine.
