The Greatest ( Catherine )
You came to me like that of quick silver
Never saw you coming, crossing paths
Embracing your atmosphere, accepting my plight
Cascading my hearts tears that bleed from my eyes
Falling rain driving like nails into you with pain
Drowning in darkness
Heavy are my lashes, lead is thy sky
Wandering
At this point finding myself dying
All alone with no place to go
World filled with emptiness and cobwebs
Infinite sadness
I'm a lost book
Inked pages filled with death
Black days are now the colour of my eyes and im doin time
Upon this life of mine
Accepting what is my fate
Fears have now become a part of my life
All that I loved, cast aside
Laying upon my death bed
Staring into my bruised sky
Tears began to flood, bleeding heart from upon my garden
Dying on the vine like wine
Wishing upon rain to wash it all away
Spirit wandering towards the end of my day into dreaded night
Here comes you
Catherine The Great
From way down under
Like that of thunder
Retribution
Your drum skins awakening me
From out of your tribal dance
Apprehending my wrongs and regrets
Breaking the chains from upon my heart
Your quick silver melts into me like liquid night
I close my eyes with deep breaths
Falling into a perimeter of stars
Where myriads keep upon the gleam
Finding salvation from my pain
Deep inside myself I pray
Receiving you in tsunamis
Vibes that crash into me in a waves
Upon the pillars of thy soul
Washing my feet from imprint upon my sand
Power of healing
Coaxing my spirit
Angel of light, Catherine The Great
From the epitome of her abyss
Swallowing up my darkness
