Passion's Sonnet

Glittering Chrome on Black like Stars At Night
Ageless Old Man with Narrow Minded Sight
In a Nineteen-Fifties Time Piece(Nameless)
Go for it. Smile at me. I'm Shameless.

Devil Horns on Hand, Devil Horns on Heart
Posed Elegantly for the Throwing Dart
And I Stand All Set but I'm Not Ready
For a Drift so Perfectly Unsteady

But, alas, He moves to the Passing Lane-
A Fleeting Line of Reckless and Profane
I trace with my fingers Still-Hot Skid Marks
As Distant Chrome glitters like Dying Sparks

...and fades into history's hysterics
filled with romantics and other old tricks.
