Demon Romance

Burning terror inside my head, with both wrists the walls go red.
Hate and revenge stab at my mind, built up fury that makes me blind.
Where shall I put this rage and hate? How can I live in such a state?
Broken and torn I lie awake; my demon’s heart shall never break.
He’ll take my heart and take my soul, sew a stitched line through my torn hole.
He’ll kill all my doubts then my sorrows in this contract which he borrows.
Creating love that relieves pain just like storm clouds after the rain.
Autumn will come where rage has built; in my classes my glass has spilt.
They laugh and joke but I just grin, he cares with words and stops the sin.
In our contract I proclaim, my anger gone, now all is tame.
He takes away all that is bad, then holds me close when I am sad.
He likes to say I will be fine, my demon vows that he is mine.
After my death he shall not leave, his heart shall die when I last breathe
Because his love runs in my veins, like Yin and Yang but without strains.
Swift as a fox but soft in touch, he dries my tears holding so much,
Claiming my heart and then my breath, all for the sake of love till death.
Dark embraces turn my world black with his soft lips he brings me back.
His wings are damned though his heart’s pure, my demon holds my perfect cure.
