The day I lost it all

It was after school that I went to visit her with balloons,flowers,and love
I was at the park and she was coming my way

The closer she got her friends began leaving her side
Everyone was staring at me,because my happy face I couldn't hide

The day was beutiful and the sky was full of sunshine
I knew me coming to surprize her wasn't a waste of time

I had a teddy bear with her name and my name
After all these years I knew that our relationship wasn't a game

She was smiling,but I noticed she wasn't smiling the same
When she hugged me I felt joy from head to toe

"Hey whats all this babe",said a young guy hugging her
My face turned ugly and I just couldn't believe it

"Nothing babe.Its just one of my friends looking for his girl",She said
She walked away with my heart and never gave it back

As she walked away my sky turned black and my sun died
She didn't even look back to see my hurt face,she didn't even cry

My hands slowly let the balloons slip away into the sky
I threw everything to the ground and let the balloons fly

Just one of her kisses would make me smile forever
But now she could burn in hell for what she did

I ran home with no one there and I sat down and let my tears burn my face
WHY?.....That was my main question....Why would she do that

I ran my hand through a drawer in the kitchen and got a knife

I saw my reflection on the knife and saw her and my face together smiling
I can't see me without her I just can't no one can replace her

Why live in this world when every second you think of that special someone and they are not yours?
I slit my wrists with the knife and watched my blood touch the floor

My life was slowly going away and the my head hit the floor
Breathing slowly turns into gasps and I say,"Happy Valentines day  Lucy"
