You act like you know
People always act like they know me.
Like they know the troubles I go through.
Like all the pain and horrors that haunts me, also haunts you too.
Always acting like a true blue friend,
Just to leave me alone in the end.
People act like the can see the real me.
Like they can see the lonely, shy guy,
That has too much pride to cry.
That tries to be all hard and cold,
So that no one can see the truths in his soul.
People act as if they can see past my facade
Like they can see past this painful mask I wear everyday
or this fake smile I put on just to get people to stay.
Like they can see past the armor I wear beneath my chest,
So my mind, body, and soul can deal with all the rest.
People always act like they know me.
But, They don't know me at all
Like they know the troubles I go through.
