Skip The Heart's Rhythm
Dark demonstic looking clouds hovered high above her
head allowing no sunlight to ever reach her,
causing friction between her and her piers.
Wrists scared up with dry crested blood crept around some
of the deep gashes in her heart,
always keeping trust in everyone was the food of this heart
wrenching pain her body desired so much.
Every drop that fell from the clouds above her stung like acid
leaving her crying out for help,
for someone to save her from this agonizing pain.
Constant sleepless nights hoping that special one would come
from the heavens and walking through her bedroom door...
was a wish she always dreamed of.
Thoughtless minor dreams led to horrifying gruesome nightmares
leaving her screaming in her sleep,
quiet as a mouse through everyone else's ears.
It's as if her insomnia was a realm to reality,
and she was stuckin in a two dimensional world alone
with no one there to help her.
Looking over to see the pill bottles beside her bed left her no
choice but to drain everything away,
leaving her thoughtless...unloved...and distracted by the
dead world around her.
