Addiction.

She doesn't remember how she got there
The drugs in her system are fucking with her head
They all say she's a lost cause cause she's been on the crack pipe
No  one ever sees her straight anymore
Popping pills on a daily
Screwing up any chance of a better future
They system let her down
She dropped out of school
Got a drugged fucked man
Who treated her shit
Having to hide bruises
With a lot of concealer
To scared to leave
Drugs always in her system
She finally told someone about her addiction
But it's not that easy it's like breaking out of prison
They told her she has to get away from her man
She told him that night and he didn't take it lightly
A fist to the face that's what she got
They hit the wrong nerve and now she's gasping for air
He broke some of her ribs
She screams because of the pain
Backed in a corner she's scared that she's gonna lose
He hits her again and she starts to see black she closes her eyes and takes her last breath.
