My tongue, quicker than the thoughts that follow
As I spit out angry words of pent up frustration
That have grown and reaped within me
Just waiting to be let go of... set free

I agree, the heart only holds truth while the mind can be a very brutal place often questioning the truth. It is better to feel the emotion than to just wonder about it.
