PIRATES

[i]Benny Horngold’s off to sea
His flowing locks blowing free
When he’s back he’ll happy be

Once we were pirates and sung
The sea sore of the siren's song
Of broken oars of hopeless soaks
A cape of whores and rummy jacks
A see saw from paw to claw
Short o’ breath on the sugar cane
A yo ho ho won't take the strain
Hot water, rain cold then back again

Our last boat has left the shore
And a crack shack ain't a grain store
The spoils spoilt and run short
A short run a sad gloat
a canned joke of cranked coke
Rat tracks, smack and body sacks
Caught cold, thought ill, fought ill
A faeces float in the old one tun
Ending up where we'd begun...

[i]Benny Horngold went to sea
His sodden locks floating free
He is dead and in hell he'll be
Bonnie Benny Horngold
