gates of dawn
I had a dream, i couldn't find my way home.
Lost in the night, a stange story unfolds.
Got cast into a well with walls made of stone.
Blinded by darkness, the wind was blowing cold.
Charmed by an evil enchantress as she swallowed my soul.
Caught up in a fog, i followed her down a long and crooked road.
Must have got lost, now i find myself where angels fear to go.
There's a hangman with an hourglass standing by the gallows pole.
In order to pass the pipers at the gates of dawn say they must see my soul.
I've got to try and find a gypsy dancer, she can help me pay the toll.
Got to defeat the evil enchanter, so i can find my way back home.
