The Flame
The flames within my heart were ignited by the sparks of my feelings
And the memories, like oxygen, fed those flames and it consumed my heart
My hand raced towards my chest, grabbing it trying to extinguish that raging inferno
But the eternal loneliness formed a barrier around my heart
Making the once filled heart of love
A Deep, cold dark abyss..
Watching as my soul reached its limit
Pain fell from the eyes that has
Witness what its like to be loved
And then watched myself get thrown away from her heart
Like everything we did was nothing.
Like the fire that scars the Earth
She engraved my heart by the pain of losing someone so dear
She was the Yin to my Yang
The last bit of hope, which shined in my heart
As the flame grew unbearable, my heart melted away and left nothing
Nothing
Nothing but a kid,
Who don't believe in love anymore...
And the memories, like oxygen, fed those flames and it consumed my heart
My hand raced towards my chest, grabbing it trying to extinguish that raging inferno
But the eternal loneliness formed a barrier around my heart
Making the once filled heart of love
A Deep, cold dark abyss..
Watching as my soul reached its limit
Pain fell from the eyes that has
Witness what its like to be loved
And then watched myself get thrown away from her heart
Like everything we did was nothing.
Like the fire that scars the Earth
She engraved my heart by the pain of losing someone so dear
She was the Yin to my Yang
The last bit of hope, which shined in my heart
As the flame grew unbearable, my heart melted away and left nothing
Nothing
Nothing but a kid,
Who don't believe in love anymore...
