The Game
Once there was a bright-eyed boy
Who knew nothing of hate
Blind to the evil of this world
And to the hands of fate
Just when he had reached his peak
His world came crashing down
No longer could he wear a smile
Was forced to wear a frown
All of mankind, he now despised
For humans told him only lies
To this cold world, he did succumb
Took everything and left him numb
And everything he cared about
Was swiftly torn away
He vowed to never love again
It only leads to pain
What he once loved, he now despised
Because she told him only lies
To her sick game, he did succumb
She took.his heart and left him numb
Now the man is.out for blood
He's going to win her game
Watch her life fade before his eyes
And then make love to shame
A monster, he had made of him
Her game drove him insane
Now he tricks women everywhere
To play his little game
He knows that love is just a lie
He lures them in under its guise
To his sick game, they all succumb
He takes their hearts and leaves them numb
Who knew nothing of hate
Blind to the evil of this world
And to the hands of fate
Just when he had reached his peak
His world came crashing down
No longer could he wear a smile
Was forced to wear a frown
All of mankind, he now despised
For humans told him only lies
To this cold world, he did succumb
Took everything and left him numb
And everything he cared about
Was swiftly torn away
He vowed to never love again
It only leads to pain
What he once loved, he now despised
Because she told him only lies
To her sick game, he did succumb
She took.his heart and left him numb
Now the man is.out for blood
He's going to win her game
Watch her life fade before his eyes
And then make love to shame
A monster, he had made of him
Her game drove him insane
Now he tricks women everywhere
To play his little game
He knows that love is just a lie
He lures them in under its guise
To his sick game, they all succumb
He takes their hearts and leaves them numb
