Agree to disagree is what you said
Of course that works for you
That arrangement will still get me in bed.

You won't let me express what I want to say
Making things more difficult asking me
"How you gonna do me this way?"

Feeling a bit lost & confused
You said no emotions involved
Yet, to let me go, you've refused.

Rejected, is how you feel
I know what you mean
At times you treat me like I'm no big deal.

To feel & know I am special is all I ask
But getting you to say so
Has become a daunting task.

We've been friends & lovers for a long time
I am afraid after all is said & done
A broken heart will surely be mine.
