"The Heavens Declare The Glory Of God"(Psalms 19.1)

"The heavens declare [the truth about] God."
Declare it to anyone looking up
To the night skies and seeing the stars?
No,no,no - a thousand times no!!!
What the skies reveal of God is called
God's "General Revelation" of Himself(Romans 1.19-20).
It's half of the "Double Revelation".
The other revelation of God is called
God's "Special Revelation" of Himself,
Namely the Bible, "The Word of God."
These two halves of the "Double Revelation"
(General Revelation/Special Revelation) are alike.
The Bible declares the truth about God,
But this applies only to people who are literate.
You have to be able to read it.
It declares nothing to the illiterate ignoramus
Who merely looks at it with a vacant stare.

Likewise with the other revelation of God, "General Revelation."
You have to be able to "read" the skies, ie, the starlight
In order to receive the truth which the heavens are "declaring"!
A baby has to suck(suckle) in order
For the breasts above his head to release their milk.
The nursling on his mother's knees can look up
To her exposed breasts all he wants.
It's not going to do him any good(he will get no milk).
Likewise we have to be able to decipher the light of the stars
If we are to gain the data contained therein.
Yes, the way that General Revelation works
Is similar to the way that Special Revelation works!
In both cases, the ignorant,
 - - - the illiterate - - -
are excluded from receiving the promise.

The hidden treasure of the starlight
Is revealed, "declared," only to those able to read it,
Namely the scientists using spectroscopy
Which breaks light down like a prism into 7 hues, etc.

Samuel said about God, "He looks at the heart
[Not the outward appearance]"(1 Samuel 16.7).
By the hidden interior, not the obvious exterior.
What's on the surface is mere superficiality.
The skies seen with just the naked eye
are the obvious exterior - superficiality.
They declare next to nothing of "the glory of God."
We have to get inside the starlight, into its depths.
For only "the deep calls to the deep"(Psalms 42.7).
Only the depths of mankind's collective mind,
ie his scientific progress spanning the centuries
Can plumb the depths of the heavens, the universe.
We must use instruments designed for that very purpose.

That way we arrive at the Big Bang Theory(BBT),
A far greater blessing than the inspiration
Gained by looking uncomprehendingly at the starry skies.
Since the BBT derives from reading the heavens in this way
It deserves to be credited with being
The "declaration of the glory of God,"
Predicted by Psalms 19.1-4 three thousand years ago.
Because the BBT fulfills Ps 19.1-4, this legitimizes the BBT!
It becomes a real contender for preeminence,
becoming equal to, if not surpassing,"Creation Week"(Genesis 1).
At least it serves to reinterpret Genesis One,
Rescuing it from the trash can of discarded Creation myths.

For the rule is that "scripture interprets scripture,"
So, by extension, we can say,"Revelation interprets Revelation."
General Revelation can be used to interpret Special Revelation.
Yes, Genesis One is to be interpreted
 - - - taken metaphorically - - -
According to the Big Bang Theory.
