Why the Tears

Glistening catches my glance
I observe this descending chance
free falling and rippling
into a pool of circumstance

hearts cries through window of lashes
splashing upon hands beneath
the hands that clutch her
giving her words of dis belief

I sat in total bliss
watching the universe shift
He offers his soul to this girl
pleading to be his forever gift

her heart so full of love
it was overflowing
the tears he was watching
was her search was finally over

The tears that escape her
was her heart swelling of promise
spilling onto the man of her dreams
quenching his thirst with, I will be your wife

words of shaking tears bathed him
wetting him like a  morning flower bud
He bloomed as he basked in the brightness
Of two hearts becoming one
