went to Arles in Provence once
just to soak up the atmosphere
and the light, which he caught so
strikingly...what can I say, then,
except that this is such a striking
piece, beautiful..:)

Took one read to hook me on you doll. Love love Van Gogh 👂 if his paintings 🎨 were poetry, i see it in these words. No doubt. The illiteration in the very first line led me directly into to what must have been his madness. 💀 i light a smoke 🚬 sit back, and enjoy again. 💋 i have a view from his room at the asylum, staring right out into his starry night. ⭐🌟💫✨🌙🌛

I love your use of alliteration spell weaver. The phonetics of this piece are soothing and drew me into a trance.

Van Gogh's Starry Night is one of my obsessions. I love that he painted that amazing piece from inside an asylum, while experiencing psychosis. It's a lasting reminder of a beautiful mind, albeit influenced by his condition at the time.
Your words bring new life to his Starry Night, beautifully expressing the cosmic dance and thoughts accompanying such a  intoxicating view. Your piece is 'Starry Night' beautiful. And i am soo glad the shared viewing of his painting, and my poem, brought out additional beauty in both.
