Over Looked
No one sees the depth of my heart.
Can anyone hear me cry myself to sleep?
I don't know what in this life I play a part.
Everyone else's happiness I try to keep
Will you ever take me seriously
will you ever know my pain
Will you always over look me?
How do you not see the struggle within
you only need me when you want something
you shove me aside, shove me away again
I am human I am not just a nothing
Will you ever be there for me
will you ever see what I see
will you always over look me?
In this crowded house I am alone
if I treated you this way you'd hate me
would you ever notice it if I was gone
you think I'd learn, I won't let it change me
Will you always over look me?
Can anyone hear me cry myself to sleep?
I don't know what in this life I play a part.
Everyone else's happiness I try to keep
Will you ever take me seriously
will you ever know my pain
Will you always over look me?
How do you not see the struggle within
you only need me when you want something
you shove me aside, shove me away again
I am human I am not just a nothing
Will you ever be there for me
will you ever see what I see
will you always over look me?
In this crowded house I am alone
if I treated you this way you'd hate me
would you ever notice it if I was gone
you think I'd learn, I won't let it change me
Will you always over look me?
