push
PUSH I
just for one more time to tear up the divine
carve open the soul and dissect the spirit
sweat , purge , and spit blood
scream out of the pit with mud stained teeth
to survive the desire and come out alive
push, push, push
while body crumbles falling apart
the soul finds the heart
and it still beats
PUSH II
my sweaty cum stained sheets i gather
contemplate a bloodstained mattress
in it i lay each day with a ghost by my side
in my sleep i go to clutch, nothing
and my dreams are filled with vast fields of desire
both dark in their light and light in their darkness
wake to the swirl that separates the dream from the living
come back to life each morning
come out of a storm
time
push, push, push
PUSH III
drowning in hollow eyes
the mind gets too much light
tremors the body , shivers the soul
sets the spirit aflame tied to a pole
red hot coals burn and light the darkness
speckled beads of orange underneath lavender wisps laced with yellow
screams break the silence
and the breeze has the leaves in the trees cackle
taunting like children hidden in the shadows
she screams , she screams , screams
that go unheard alone in the forest left to burn
no escape
no surrender
push, push, push
just for one more time to tear up the divine
carve open the soul and dissect the spirit
sweat , purge , and spit blood
scream out of the pit with mud stained teeth
to survive the desire and come out alive
push, push, push
while body crumbles falling apart
the soul finds the heart
and it still beats
