Shall I not be scared of what is dreadful
Or shall I be scared of what is beauty
For what is beauty can be more fearful
Although beauty is as a rare ruby
It can be a horrid burden to bare
It can be hidden beneath the darkness
Should it really be patient, kind and fair
Shall we rethink the thought of dreadfulness
As dreadful can take the form of lovely
Be not fearful but brave and unafraid
Although dreadful is as a thunder storm
It’s not as fearful as it’s displayed
But dreadful is as sweet as a red rose
It’s not what you see but what god throws
Or shall I be scared of what is beauty
For what is beauty can be more fearful
Although beauty is as a rare ruby
It can be a horrid burden to bare
It can be hidden beneath the darkness
Should it really be patient, kind and fair
Shall we rethink the thought of dreadfulness
As dreadful can take the form of lovely
Be not fearful but brave and unafraid
Although dreadful is as a thunder storm
It’s not as fearful as it’s displayed
But dreadful is as sweet as a red rose
It’s not what you see but what god throws
