Your Ironclad Feet
I hear the pitter patter
Of your ironclad feet
Climbing on the ladder
Made of human meat
Hands hot as coal
Sear my outer shell
Straight into my soul
With fires hot as hell
And as my body contorts
My figure left tormented
My words all fall short
My actions unrepented
And your cool piercing chants
Flying out like darts
Perform a torturous dance
Spattered across my heart
And my tongue like a serpent
Coiled and ready to strike
But in your ears contentment
For your words are alike
Twisted and perverse
Construed and alone
Both consumed by curse
For nothing to atone
A life to deceive
A body to destroy
A child to conceive
True wisdom to employ
Let's create a legacy
A past filled with pain
Bestow to him the prophecy
True wisdom will remain
And your ironclad feet
Leading him astray
Teaching so discreet
Written in the clay
He will fight the sin
No mindless acts performed
His true will to win
Against being conformed
Of your ironclad feet
Climbing on the ladder
Made of human meat
Hands hot as coal
Sear my outer shell
Straight into my soul
With fires hot as hell
And as my body contorts
My figure left tormented
My words all fall short
My actions unrepented
And your cool piercing chants
Flying out like darts
Perform a torturous dance
Spattered across my heart
And my tongue like a serpent
Coiled and ready to strike
But in your ears contentment
