What if

In death a man's soul is separated
from his mortal body. What remains
is but an empty shell. All that is
left of the person are his worldly
accomplishments and the memories
of those who knew him. With time
these also die and memories fade away.
In the end everything the man was
is gone forever. But the soul lives on,
doesn't it? What if there is no soul?
