Emotions
A flickering flame
Constantly burning
Not always bright
A feisty little candle
Fighting off wind and rain
Against the storming sky
A glimmer of hope
Fueling a warmth
Loving a buzz within
A splash of gasoline
Flaring, hissing, spitting
Spreading sin after sin
Unpredictable changes
Linked to the surrounding fire
Their fuel and fellow flame
Either softly warming
Spewing hot blue and white
Or dying out in cooling shame

Lol I'm a cat lady... Got 16 crazy felines.. The littlest is a black girl kitten.. She keeps me entertained :)
